Andrew’s journey began in the retail industry, developing his skills at brands such as Darrell Lea Chocolates and Sara Lee International. He later held regional leadership roles at PepsiCo Asia Pacific, where he guided brands like Doritos and Cheetos across diverse markets, basing his life out of Bangkok and navigating the complexities of diverse cultural and market dynamics. After PepsiCo, Andrew took a career break to explore the world and within, fostering personal growth and reflection.

Building on this extensive experience, Andrew joined v2food as Chief Growth Officer, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a local start-up into an international leader in the plant-based food category, securing over $185 million in funding and spearheading the brand's global expansion.

As a graduate of The Marketing Academy, an exclusive global program focused on leadership and development, Andrew gained invaluable insights that further shaped his strategic and empathetic approach.
